Maybe ten years ago, my lifting partners lifted in the Pitt in Venice one Saturday in the summer.
After eating lunch, we stopped in golds Venice and the front desk guy let us walk around inside.
We walked by this guy HOLDING 4 45 pound plates, doing hypertensions. He was holding these plates,
And doing perfect reps. It just about blew our minds. That someone could even hold 4 plates.

We still talk about that lift even today
