negative only = only lowering yourself no positive, you will have to step up on something each time, chin on chest lower for 4 secs hang at the bottom/stretch 2 secs 6-8 reps once 9 are achieved add weight these worked wonders on chest for me...only one set at the end of the workout every other workout.
