nah man this only maks the pain.
best advice is to never overdo it in training and it its bad enough, only surgery will fix things.
im not even talkng about mine, frend has partialy torn rotato cuff, hes been told this will never ever heal together entirely.
then theres cortisol, i now understand how it works, but if one wants to keep training,the negatives waaaaaay outweigh the positives.
