ok please excuse the back pic. i have not deadlifted or chinned or done anyback work (apart from yesterday) in over 2 weeks due to injury.
Upperbody work was restarted on tuesday and today i was benching only 160lbs, gettin back into it slowly. Tho i lost a little size i got a great pump so it might be hard to tell. here are the pics.
You look good, as usual. Keep on packing on the mass.
To get big you need to lift heavy.
To lift heavy, you need to sometimes lift light.
Just up the calories for a couple of weeks, then eat normal for a few.
IMHO, you got no excuses to not be fairly lean at around 250 lbs in a year or so. Just avoid the injuries, and use very moderate volume.
Looking forward to see a mass monster in a few years.
