My wife measured a year ago and they were 21.5"....nothing has really changed.

Best lifts on the big 3 were in college:

485lb bench for 3
600lb squat for 2
deads never felt right, but occasionally after a back workout I'd finish with a set of 405 for 12.....I have no idea on a max. I did more bent overs and tbar rows - could handle 405 for 3-4 reps on each movement.

If he is natural then I would be curious to see how he would look after a GH15 cycle.

Lean enough for a stage? No, but I have been much leaner when I was in my early 20s. I was encouraged many times by the fellas that were competing to get in contest shape.....wasn't my thing.....I just love swingin the weights around for fun.

No apologies needed bro, this is all in good fun......I like the verbal sparing and as I said the pic posting was overdue on my part.......I just hate taking pics (my entire family can attest to that!).

Oh yeah, I'm 5'11" and I'd assume around 300lbs......fatty basically.
