Does J-Bell make a hammer strength machine?    And is benching "5 handfuls" with perfect form considered to be a good thing?

Seems dangerous to have hands trapped in dumbbells when doing heavy db benches.

Even worse when doing overhead shoulder presses, as they can come crashing down on your head.

Dumbell is perfect as it is.  Perfect balance, simplicity, anyone can use it.  It's like reinventing the wheel.

I had the same thought. You can bail out with dumbbells if necessary.
