Ofcourse i took a tremendous beating the last time i posted a pic, the last 7 weeks i've started eating protein again and i think i look fuller.

I think in my case its all about the diet, i upped my protein intake from 70 grams to 180 grams a day. Training is the same as usual, 3 times a week.

If you looked somewhat descent you would post a clear pic.  You are wearing a tank top.
