Firstly, I shall address the natural bodybuilder. Nearly all natural bodybuilders are doing way too much volume. Workouts longer than 45mins are simply not a good idea, and ideally should be 30mins max. Also, three such workouts a week is plenty. Any more than this is overtraining!
AAS users can get away with four workouts a week and extend the length of training sessions to one hour. Any more than this is also overtraining.
Stick to these simple guidelines and watch your results improve.
