Workout tapes were all the rage in the 1980s.  Do you own any of these cheesy workout tapes?  Do you own any workout tapes?  Did anyone ever get in shape from a workout video?

I don't think many people have gotten into shape with those videos LOL, great thread :)  Also why do people think Fabio is handsome, I just don't see it, his head is huge, big nose, huge chin...

I remember seeing some Traci Lords tapes but not this one.   :D
