If you think about it though, and we are all guilty of it, this board was not set up to some to joke around on, but to discuss bodybuilding, including this section.
Maybe with Shawn Ray coming back and posting again, Ron is correct in starting to enforce that.
Fact is, YOU, MYSELF and Everyone here are supposed to be discussing bodybuilding, not just joking around. So your postings are just as garbage as mine, or Shizzo's for that matter because you are not putting up the quality you think you do.

When I said "Its the quality of the posts," I was NOT referring to if they were useful/productive vs. garbage. I was just speaking about the content regarding if someone takes posting serious or not. I never indicated if my posts were useful or garbage. I was clearly stating that my posts are not of the serious nature (telling people they post too much, trying to dictate what people post, or if someone is posting too much), be it useful or garbage. Thus, again, when I was referring to "quality," I was referring to the fact that I do not take posting seriously, like you do. It had zero to do with thinking that I actually provide something useful to this forum. Try to keep up.
Further, I have no intentions of making useful or productive posts. It makes no difference to me what I post. I don't care that I am a shitty poster. It has zero impact on my life. I don't strive to be a "quality" poster on getbig.
