Angiography only sure way

Prefer to leave it to the fates rather than do that preventively.

Said only you ever.  ;D

I tried all sorts of diets to get my good cholesterol up.  It didn't budge.  It was like 30 or something as long as I've been tested - over a decade.

I changed my training to center around running and endurance events, and it went to 56.

So, there IS something there.

Is there any practical way to measure atherosclerosis?

the meridian DPA

measures atherosclerosis through pulsewave analysis with a device placed at your fingertip

I've tried a ketogenic diet, felt terrible with low energy and looked sickly.

There is no point to it.

My experience as well.  I had nothing in the tank and workouts suffered bad.  Also I was short tempered and would have murdered an old lady for a bowl of pasta if I could have gotten away with it.

What numbers do you look for?

They score it 0 to 100. 0 meaning zero calcium and 100 meaning your fucked.
