How do bodybuilders travel with steroids?

How are bodybuilders like Ronnie able to travel all over Europe and the Middle East while carrying steroids and other illegal drugs? These trips must last for days or weeks at a time. I have a hard time believing that Ronnie just quits taking steroids while traveling. Wouldn't it be incredibly dangerous to smuggle illegal drugs through airports in the US, Europe, and the Middle East? Some Arab and Asian countries will even chop your hands off or execute you for smuggling drugs.

it would be quite foolish to carry drugs into places where they are illegal.  but they are not illegal in all places in the world.   but then again, why would a pro need to carry steroids with them?   except for possible site injections, you wouldn't use AS right before a contest.   and if you were flying someplace during your cycle, you'd just arrange for a local source.

In a lot of countries the pharmacies require no prescription.  If a pro is using an oil based injectable steroid it could be in his system for weeks.  No need to bring a surply. Now with every bodybuilder getting a prescription for HRT I'm sure you could travel with your "medicine."  I train natural so I don't have these logistic problems. Something is wrong with a "sport" based on drug use.

Are you serious? The last days are the most importent and your body is so weak after a diet.You use the most at the last days.Not to mention the dieuretics and such.


I wondered about this subject too.
I guess there are several options:

1.Make arrangements ,and have some stuff waiting for them where they know they will be.Tons of gear is delivered by mail ,so just order to the contest location.

2.Buy new gear after you land.

3.Try your luck with customs.

4.Stay clean for the last days and pray that everything holds up.

5.Steal some from the competitors that are local

They put their d-bol in an aspirin bottle.. And fill up an old armoral bottle with winnie..

Actually I have a better version that I used when I went on a cruise, put d-bol and anavar in prescription bottles, everyone knows what aspirin looks like, if customs or whoever would have checked they wouldn't know what something like Altace or Crestor looks like
as for injectables, I wouldn't recommend it, although I've loaded up an empty bottle of B-12 with test before, hehe.

mail them to yourself, to a gym owner in the area a few weeks early (and confirm they get thru), get your woman to carry them with her own medicine and go thru the gate separately.  Worst case, put it in a viagra bottle and act really embarassed about it when they look at it

But he still has to pass through American airports. I'm not just talking about contests, but also the many guest appearances they do throughout the year.

There are several ways to sneak it through airports and on planes.  Simple, easy and I know tons of people who have done it for years.  Use you heads...  All it takes is a little creativity.

anabolic steroids for personal use are not illegal in europe .. when doin the european tours he just connects up with a source over here ... simple.

in places like turkey n spain you can just go into a pharmacy and buy the stuff.

in UK its different.. its illegal to deal but not to possess so hed have to be introduced to an underground source ... but thats no big deal ... they are plentyful and sell good shit!

in the UK he wouldnt have to pay for his pins n barrels ,lol .. he could just go into a needle exchange or some pharmacys and ask for intramuscular kits.

Sure- If you want to go that route!

Here are couple that come to mind:

-Duhh, you could pretty much fill an entire non-carry on bag with whatever you wanted...  The carry-ons are the only ones that get x-rayed anyway.

- You could (securely) tape vials all up and down your thighs and calves, and wear baggy pants.  Just buy syringes when you get to your destination if you're worried about them going off in the detector.  It's not like you're going through the x-ray.

believe it or not but many of us do not take anything if the trip is for couple of days/weeks. it all depends wether you travel to compete or not; if you travel for a vacation many of us dont take shit we simply go off for few weeks sometimes even longer and during this time we usually get all the complements of how marvelous we look (you will find you look at your best after 4-6 weeks off hormones try it!)

anyway, going for competiton overseas is a diff story and there are many tricks but most of the top guys have it sent to them and ready by the time they get there. it is shipped to them by priority mail/express mail all depends (not talking about usps here boys and gals).. to a specified addy at the location they travel to. it is not shipped by bunch of kidos sush as what you see on various boards,,it is shipped by major suppliers with top notch names in the business such as ret, mamta and other major suppliers in europe/east europe and asia. it is shipped from within the specified location many times or from near by country/state.

some places everything is leagal...some not...so everything works according to that...but most of us know the guys for long time and we are top notch clients which mean the amount we spend on hormones is enough for them to buy house with.

it is not as complex as it sounds since every top amatuer/pro has his own contact that he/she trusts and visa versa. the top suppliers now days can deliver product to a specified  overseas addy in less than 48 hours (to the door) and many times less than 24 hours.

if its for a competition you really don't need to take anything with you  maybe just diuretic or a couple tabs of whatever.  At that point all you really need 2 worry about is getting dry and full. it's not like they're going somewhere for a month or even a week.

You said it, onlyme: Ronnie Coleman gets his steroids overseas in the identical way Keith Richards gets his heroin overseas.  Any reasonably connected BB will be 'in the loop'.
