It's my somewhat pleasent way of saying I fucking hate doing cardio vascular work. I don't like stationary bikes or eliptical machines or stair climbers but I don't mind treadmills.

5-6% incline at 6 MPH for 30 minutes holding onto the bar and I'm counting down the last 10 minutes.

He lifted serious for years, then started running with a bad crowd.  Got hooked on various drugs and eventually shot himself like a true anushole.  He was hilarious before he got messed up, would've been starting all kinds of stuff on here 8)
