It's scary how closely Melvin's physique resembles Flex's. Except Melvin's back is better than Flex's ever was, hope he keeps his proportions in check with the added size. If you really think about it, mass monsters are a lot more common in the pros today than a guy like Melvin.

Let's get real here.  Chad isn't a workout guru, he is a steroid guru.  That's why people "train" with him and hire him.  If you think changing a few things in your routine is going to yield massive gains, you're sorely mistaken.  The "secret" is to superset shoulder always.  Military press right into side laterals!  That's the secret...please.
Melvin looks ridiculous though, no doubt.

Flex had better detail, whereas Mel has a better lats due to the fact that he is shorter than Flex.
