Title: Not EVERYONE wants to look like a bodybuilder...
Post by: Croatch on August 03, 2010, 02:32:12 AM
Most common response from someone avoiding real workouts and years of dedication.
"I want to get tone, but not too big."
My reply, "Don't worry stud, with your explosive genetics, you never have to worry about getting too big."

Careful out there guys.  If you train too much, you make look like Arnold within a few months.  Best take it slow in the gym.
You've been warned....ahhaha

Understandably most people feel entitled to a great physique - none would admit inferior genetic status regarding body shape and muscle size.
After training a few folks in my spare time, mostly women, I'm pretty disgusted by the mindset most of them share - "Less belly", "not enough time", "4 weeks", "this summer", etc.
Disfigured whales who think if they put in some work, they would rule the catwalk.
Honorable mention goes to the few hotties I've trained with - well aware of their weaknesses and hard working.

Ha!  Reminds me of a few years back when a guy I worked with wanted to join me at the gym.  He stressed that he didn't want to get "bulky" and was going for a "long, lean look".  He then proceeded to perform some "savage" sets with 1 plate on the hammer strength bench press, looking like he was about to shit a watermelon whilst doing so...2 days later when he said he'd join me again he backed out claiming "it's not healthy to be so sore after a workout"  ::)

One of my best friends looks like that. yes he is black.  Dude eats McDonalds, smokes a shit load of weed, wrecks pussy like a mad man and works out when he can and I swear to you he never touched steroids in his life.  No supps at all because he can't afford them.  He was a pure athlete growing up, could play any sport, can slam dunk at 5'10' with ease.

Some people just have amazing freakish genes.

I'd bet money that your friend will end up having diabetes and cardiovascular disease in his 50s and 60s.  That's the thing with blacks..........they look great on the outside and usually black males have great genetics for putting on muscle and can get away with eating like shit when they are young.  But once they get past their youth they are some of the most unhealthiest people around.  Lots of ex black athletes are plagued with the big three....diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol.

No doubt he will.  With the amount of weed, X and other party drugs he takes I wouldn't be shocked.  It just fucking kills me how fucking tight his skin is, looks swole all the time.  He works out with dudes that are definitely on and they are totally jacked and way bigger with that steroid muscle bloat  he'll go rep for rep with them.

And you  know for a fact he's all natural? I don't argue that black guys have better genetics, it's just in my experience black bodybuilders are some of the biggest liars and bullshitters around when it comes to their steroid use.  At least from the guys I've talked to personally knowing full well they were on considering the guy they bought shit from worked out in our gym and could tell what each every juicer in the gym was taking.

For sure. I've been lifting with him for years.  He's been the same size for the last five years.  He is cut up and never bloated.  If he did get on the sauce he would be insanely big.  Why would someone be so open about all the recreational drugs but lie about steroids?  He is the type of guy that if he was on the juice could be on stage in years. No it's not daily HGH as GH15 would say.  he couldn't afford it.

Where I work, there has been a influx of PCP users. Most I have come across are deisel ass, ripped up black man. Around 5'6-5'8 and 165-170 pounds. More cuts in their delts than The top five SHW at the USAs. I asked one dude what was the deal with the PCP, he said, "I'll be honest, it's kinda like Viagra for me!"

All the dudes are in that mid 160s range a few in the 180s range, all have been incarcerated at some point

Well maybe he is natural but my point is you nor anyone else can say for sure.  In this day and age it is impossible for anyone to tell who's using what and who's not.  There are tons of guys that are using and still look like shit and although rare there are a few guys that don't use anything that look great.............then you have everything and everyone in between.  There are guys out there that have been lying to their wives their entire marriage about their steroid use.  People lie.  And people lie to themselves.  It's naive to say "why would some one lie" or worse why would someone lie about steroid use..................

It's the greatest feeling in the world to have people compliment you on your physique.  Look at women and their outward appearance........they will DO ANYTHING to look prettier, thinner and more beautiful......even carve up their body and their face.......all for that "wow you look great" comment that solidifies their entire reason for existing.  Why do you think men are so different?  How many guys compliment your friend on his looks and his physique?  The minute he told anyone he was taking "something" they'd chaulk it up to that and the air would be let out of the balloon so to speak as far as what people thought of him.  I see it all the time.  Many guys entire concept of self revolves around their muslces and their body......it's no different than women lying about plastic surgery.  Women don't even tell their BFFs about their surgery sometimes.  And unless you live with the guy no one knows what he takes in the privacy of his own home.  My point being he and many others have EVERY reason to lie.

You use rec drugs but it doesn't make you look physically better. So no one lies about their drug use.  But if they did ......I guarantee you peopel would start lying about what they took or if they took anything.  Everyone wants to feel worth something......worth more than the next person..........better, stronger, more beautiful...........a reason to separate themselves from the rest of the pack.  That's why most guys lie about their steroid use.

Look at Layne Norton.  If he uses steroids or fat burners etc.....he's just a subpar fitness/bodybuilder chump trying to make a name for himself that can lift big weights.  Now playing up the whole I'm natural angle he's amazing.......no one else out there like him that can lift the same weights, have the same physical development........He's different than the other 6+ billion people on the planet.  LOL   ::)  Ego and money is what drives the "fitness" industry.

I hear you, but when we hit the gym and you see his steroid gym friends then you know he's not on.  It's plain as day when you take a steroid monkey next to a normal person who has a nice physique.

Like I said, if he did juice he could be right up there and compete. He is not some jersey shore punk who is jacked 2 months out of the year, he has been consistently in the same shape for years, never goes up or down. Just a thick dude with no fat.  His true benefit is he doesn't drink.  I think if he drank he'd end up being smoother and less refined.

Yes, pussy litteraly throw themselves at him, he picks up top shelf pussy all the time.  I'm pretty sure though once age catches up to him and he can't just depend on genetics to stay in shape that he'd start on something to stay in shape.

clueless idiot, your ''friend'' take gear. anyone who can really stand up from everybody in a gym is on gear. your dumb burnt match is probably on some superdrol or some stupid shit so thats why he got a dry and tight look, while his other ''steroid monkey'' friend is on dbol or m1t which give lots water retention especially if you're a dumbfuck black person not taking ai and going to mcdo everyday. see each aas gives a different look, but you would never understand that and prefer to claim that one of your dumb ''friend that lie to your fucking face everyday'' is the real life black version of superman. wake up

The guy I posted, look at the other pics in his portfolio. He is a polo shirt and khakis, and you wouldn't know he is that big. Women and people tend to be more impressed with that. Like you can switch it up on them---fit in a suit and tie, yet own the Beach, boardwalk, club, etc.

if you see that dude in person in a polo shirt he would look big, it's just that picture of him that lies. Some pictures make you look huge some make u look smaller...but look at that dude shirtless, there is no way you couldn't tell he's big if he has a shirt on.

;D
That build will take you about 5-6 months of training, that's with the use of Mild anabolics like winstrol and anavar.

I've seen the picture, it makes him look little smaller but he still looks big there and in person would look even bigger. Just wait till he turns sideways and you can see the thickness, chest, delt, arm, back.

just look at those traps...
True, large traps are hard to hide. Arms are big. The only thing I can say I "had" in common with him is the hairline and the "soul patch"

Why would someone be so open about all the recreational drugs but lie about steroids?

because if you use rec drugs you are considered by many to be cool, fun, the life of the party etc

using steroids just brings a lot of negative judgment, no drug brings out more hate

anybody that uses a ton of rec drugs would use steroids, why wouldn't they use a drug that actually has benefits?

That's why most guys lie about their steroid use.

great post.

It's simple, roid users are frauds.  A regular heroin/coke user, isn't portraying something he isn't or becoming better than the other guy with drugs.
Guys on gear, usually only stand out slightly, due to drug use.  It's a shortcutting mentality or cheating, as the public sees it.
There's nothing impressive about it, on any level.  You put on 80lbs on drugs, it's still drugs.  People will paint it with different brushes, but it's all garbage in the end.
Most outside of bbing, know this.

Sounds like those people who "know this" are a little scared of the big dogs at their local gym. Brutal mumbling "all drugs" to yourself but avoiding eye contact when an alpha male is using the squat rack.   ::)

You're incorrect sir.  I look at the fools I own with no drug assistance on a daily basis and laugh to myself. ;)
The fact is, most people on gear, should never be.  Drugs don't equal genetics or good strength.  I see it every day.

Most of Croacth's gains are from his first cycle of Deca/dbol...(16 weeks at least)

Remember the thread where i got him to admit to using gear...It was with another account i had that ron banned..

Croacth can't remember if he did one or two cycles.Or how long the cycles were. :o

Just cause he hasn't used recently, he thinks he's better than the rest of us who use/d steriods

The guy has zero credibility..

To quote Kmyou, "He look like juicer."

Croatch owns your mind.  Move on Chief.

One cycle 16 years back.  Luckily, I did one, otherwise some fools would have nothing to hold on to...like you.
50+lbs lean mass gain, no drugs.  Man up Buttercup and give it a whirl. ;)

Why are you so preoccupied with what other people do to themselves when it has no effect on you? Say a guy likes to get high on weekends, or someone wants to cover their body with tattoos and put spikes in their skull, or someone likes to eat themselves into fatness, or juice themselves in muscle bound freaks?

Sure it's a lot easier to build muscle on steroids, and in fact you will build more muscle than you ever could with anabolics than without -- and for some that's desirable and even important. Why does that bother you so much? Live and let live. Why the obsession?

crotch and adonis are on a team here.

they come on here, and say "i'm just gonna make fun of juicers even though i'm a juicehead, just to get 10 pages of these meatheads yelling at me"

same with adonis "today,i'm gonna tell them i can get ripped by eating cardboard.  if this hits 10 pages, these people should really kill themselves".

just don't feed the trolls.

Yeah I love that excuse for not being able to train hard.

Haha my favorite one is the guy who can't squat or work legs at all because he "blew out his knee" playing JV football 15 years ago.
