I think the economy will turn around in approx 12 months and believe it will be more cyclical market forces rather than gov intervention. Its going to be hard to know the exact effect of the stimulus package.The market would reset itself when people have the confidence to invest again. The question is does gov spending facilitate this process and at what future cost.
