roid cycles in the 70s to mid 80s were very very low

these guys are the genetic elite when it comes to adding size on anabolics

wonder what percent of the pop they make up?

i'd say less than 10%

seems in the 70s they ran basically 100-200 mgs of deca or primo with 15-25 mgs of dbol, winny or var

so an anabolic load of less than 400 mgs

and seems it was the same in the 80s

Hi Guys..i read i thread on T-Nation where they interviewed Mike Quinn (Former BB Pro).

Think he competed in the 80's along side Shawn Ray,Lee Lebrada etc.

Anyways..he said his first few cycles only consisted of 100mg of test and deca a week with 3 D-Bols a day and 4 anavars. and he won his first show on this cycle..what you guys thyink of this cycle?

It's good if you're a hard trainer, knowledgeable in training and nutrition. That would be "the finishing touch."
