This guy doesn't do any rowing at all, even if he did rowing machines his back would improve.
He finishes his back workout of with 1 set of 50(1/4 reps) on the hyper ext. machine...He feels this is what really sets him apart from most other guys...

It was a joke, I don't thing my back is anywhere near pro level. The point was his back looks like shit and he is now a pro! I do have a lotta width but been working on thickness more for the past 6 months with more deadlifts and row emphasis. I'm prepping for a competition in March, will be posting pics for sure then.
