alright so im on week 10 An loving It but im breakin out pretty bad like chest shoulders An face a bit.....i've never had To deal with this before so i'm pretty lost....any suggestions on how To clear this up?

Doxycycline, easily obtained via the internet. 100 to 200mg daily. They come in 100mg tabs. Otherwise enjoy the acne.

Wash more frequently, do what the above poster says, or go to a dermatologist...

1-benadryl ed will lighten up the acne. Also if you can get your doc to prescribe some gel tetracycline it really helps as well.

The only problem is it can take awhile to work (a month or more). I would have the doc give you some Retin-A instead.

Really, back when I took it as a teenager it took months. & this summer the doc wouldn't give it to me because he said it would take to long to work so instead I got some pads & Retin-A. I tend to get break outs in the summer because I have horrible night sweats.  :P

Ive always been able to figure out what dosage of what product start to produce bad skin and make adjustments from there because Im not prone to breakouts. If youre prone then look into meds, if not mabye look at switching up gear or dosage
