Site enhancement oils have a very bad reputation in bodybuilding lately, mostly because of a few misguided competitors who stepped on stage with some truly distorted muscle bellies as a result of incorrect site enhancement.

Before I discuss a standard pro level site enhancement protocol, lets be clear about the difference between SEO's and site enhancement as a result of inflamation. SEO's are oils used (primarily) in the offseason to stretch out the muscle fascia of a lagging body part with the hope of accelerated, permanent growth. Site enhancement from inflammation is common pre contest. A few well placed injections of esiclene, injectable dianabol/anadrol, winstrol/test suspension can make a lagging body part look great.

Now we all (or most of us) know that synthol is injected into the muscle in varying volumes of oil over an extended period of time leading to a stretch. This is basic. Now there are some tricks circulating in the pro ranks to really optimize the results of the "stretch."

Lets assume we are dealing with the biceps.

- Inject standard volume of synthol mixed with whatever other pre workout oils (TNE, injectable dbol/drol, etc) into biceps heads pre workout.
- Inject IGF-1 DES in each biceps head pre workout.
- Administer a potent vasodilator for increased blood flow to the area - Viagra is the most popular - pre workout.
- Now, this will hurt A LOT and we need to go to very high reps - beyond the pain threshold of most humans so it is usually necessary to consume some type of opiate painkiller like nubain - pre workout.
- Workout should be very high reps of isolation exercises for that muscle....the goal is to fill it up with as much blood volume as possible. The nubain/oxycontin/painkiller of your choosing should let you go to a rep range a level of pain you normally would not be able to tolerate.

Follow this protocol in combination with pre workout insulin and post workout IV hgh.
sport of peace  :D

Bodybuilders are not athletes. They are the leeches of legitimate sports.

Then they are shit in the head.
I wish every single BBer good luck and lots of muscle but the whole outlet(business, supplements, presenting muscle people as athletes) is deeply disturbing.

None of these will have people later complaining that the other guy should have won.  It's obvious who won.  Bodybuilding is a physical pursuit but there's no clear way to pick a winner.

Hope bodybuilding will be one of the official sports in the next Asian games in Korea i think. Asian games is really huge in Asia. Every athlete's dream in Asia is to win a gold in the Asian Games. In some countries, this would make him a household name . Its the second biggest sports event in the wrld after the Olympics of course

After The Doha Asian Games 2006,bodybuilding no more among one of events.
So i don't think that bodybuilding will be in the next Asian Games 2014.

Bodybuilding is in a tough spot if you do drug testing nobody will go to the shows cause nobody wants to see a bunch of twinks posing on stage. and if you dont do drug testing then people who go to the shows says those guys are all drugs.

The Commonwealth games is a bigger event than the Asian games, and bodybuilding does not belong in either of them ::)

Paul Chua,Simon Chan and those lying Hong Kong scumbags is why bodybuilding got kicked out of the Asian games and the East Asian games ::)

Me and you should run the IFBB in Malaysia, we can increase Wong Wongs salary that he gets from Paul Chua, 10Iu GH per day and a tray of eggs, to 12iu GH per day and 2 trays of eggs, Wong will come back to the IFBB
