Does Derek Anthony Work For MD?

MD says he doesn't. However, he is at all the conventions working the MD booth, and wearing a MD shirt. It would appear that DA is an employee of MD. That being said, should Vince file a lawsuit against MD for one of their employees assaulted him and threating him?

From what I understand, he's basically a leech who attaches himself to "friends" who happen to be employees at MD.  What they don't seem to "get" over there is that he's about the worst publicity they could possibly have.  Even worse than one of their main "guys" wearing more eyeliner than most drag queens.
