I heard Vinne G was entering the NPC Moutaineer? If he does and we both get in the open Hvy, who will get LAST (notice I didn't say win because if any more guys get in, well....)

Yup school is over , but I am teaching a summer class (physics)adjunct prof. at a local college, low key just a few hrs for 4 weeks, so I can actually DIET. After seeing Mike A, I think I can do it as well.

Don't worry Howie, there's no way in hell Vince'll make the heavyweights. Well, after seeing his conditioning at his last 'competition', maybe he will :D But either way you have nothing to worry about. You look like a bodybuilder 8)

Seriously I am bout 95% sure to get into the NPC Moutaineer held in Boone NC on the ASC college campus of Farthing theatre. I did a show there 20 years, yup, got 1st at the NPC W NC in 1986. I am getting old bro

Seriously I hope the guy gets in his best shape and competes. I will most likely be in the masters over 40 hvy wts anyway. Would be fun if we all posted pics of the show , for laughs if nothing else.

I had to consult the "Principia" by sir Issac Newton and then take a refraction reading of the light form the sun and figured in the light shadows from the hippo. The pose took hours of pre -planning but was well worth the effort.
I compare to Arnold up on muscle rock hitting his famous dbl bi, now we have me "Howie" hitting a Hippo lean single bi , twisting calf shot ::)

That momment alone might make the 16 weeks of diet well worth it...not.
Looks like Vince will have to go it alone at this one.
I did a 40 min jog-plod with my dog tonight, felt great. I am hooked again on running.
Maybe VG can run against me in a 5k, but he would most likely beat me , seriously, am a slow distance runner.

i swim a kilometer in a pool and walk alot everyday. too much risk to run/jog in manhattan environment. my joints are already stressed from weighlifting.
