A lot of people are defficient in Zinc & Magnesium. They are important essential minerals.

Just Dont expect drug-like effects!

I heard people get very vivid dreams if they take it correctly. I would try it solely for that.

If you find it on clearance, it's a fairly good deal. I got some about a year ago for about $3.
