Good tip, this really works, a top Canada's friend of mine told me this one years ago to always keep your abs flexed

^ I can attest to that. Gh15 also recommended this few yrs ago - flex your abs whenever you can.

Also, you dont need to eat "tons of food" to grow. Yes if youre a construction worker...but if you sit on your ass ll day long depending on your bw and lbm...you dont need more than 2000-2500cals.

Sometimes on an empty stomach i just crunch and contract them...stay there for minutes. Twist left and right to contract the obliques too.

It sounds odd but works lol.

Other times I just do the vacum...exhale all the air like getting ready to hit an ab shot BUT keep the air out and pull your stomach in. Needs some practice..

You can crunch them while sitting on a chair or standing up. you dont have to be lying dowm.

5 minutes between sets is awesome. fresh and strong every time. can lift way more total poundage that way. 10-15 is overdoing it tho, ill give u that

I don't like to spend too much time in the gym, so I keep my rest-time between sets short, about 45 to 60 sec.
