2)muay thia shadow boxing
3)rub charcoal under one eye so it looks like a black eye
4) shrimp across gym floor
5) then eye fuck all the members as u leave
6) go to parkin lot
7) get in sports car with huge tapout sticker on back window
8) burn out n smoke up the gym parking lot while cranking ACDC

the best way to get laid at the gum is throw 315 on the bench, and walk to the water fountain, "adjust" yourself, sit and stare at nothing for 5 minutes, until you re sure every person in the gym knows you are going "heavy" any minute now
