if you live in Canada or know someone that lives in Canada you can walk into any health store and pick some Kaizen tabs 8mb of ephedrine.

Ephedrine is easy to get in the states. Just go pick up some bronkaid from any pharmacy section. Kept behind the counter though and there is a limit to the frequency in which you can buy it but for bodybuild it doesn't make a difference. The limit only holds back  meth cooks.

Why do you need that crap to do a simple workout, oh no I cant lift hard today because I am out of pre workout,if you cant put on some headphones with some hard rock music and go lift some heavy ass weights then you are not a real bodybuilder.
