...I'm working out on my Bowflex Revolution. Getting a great sweat, muscles are pumped and heart rate is 167 beats a minute. It paid off buying one just for the times we have a snow storm in the NY Metro area.
Right now I'm having a berry smoothie in my Bowflex Blenderbottle. These bottles are a must have that blends and whips the perfect drink...anytime and anywhere.
I feel great after treating my body like a temple.
We here in the Daks are getting hit pretty hard which is putting a damper on my skiing this weekend. Think I'll just cozy up in my study and do some light reading. I've been waiting to dive into The Canterbury Tales for months. Its been a couple of years since I last read it and its calling my name.

You know I heavily prayed when El Nino brought rain. I never understood why Californians can't drive in the rain. Headlights on, Windshield wipers on, press gas pedal, proceed. I could only imagine the 405 with black ice at around 5pm.

Looking out my window eating eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Snow must be near 2' where I live with higher than 3 foot drifts. I have a full gym in my basement but I'm just going to chill.

Perfect. I made some red velvet pancakes yesterday with a bourbon salted caramel sauce.
