Now I'd be more impressed with a 315lb ass to grass squat from you instead since I know from personal experience that no matter how big of a legpress hero you think you are... squats are king.

i'd like to see him do a full rep first with the seat all the way down, then he can progress to squatting.

Yes it was a short range of motion but OTOH this is how all the pros legpress. They use even shorter range of motion that this.

I don't legpress myself. For some reason I don't have the flexibility to use the angled legpress properly.

I agree.  Try doing reps where you bring your knees all the way down to your chest.
