I know it's better to do cardio before breakfast or after working out, but if I train in the morning and to cardio at night should it still work ok ??

I eat zero carbs after 1 pm also

nah seriously, I won't do "that" much cardio, I think.

I'll see how it goes, but I want to get the look that the people at the natty shows have

they might sacrifice some muscle for that tho but damn it they are light and they look freaky

actually wave, in my case when I was in the process of loosing weight, that was key for me. Now maintaining, I still go by that rule

It works because it seems to cause you to eat less. If it didn't, it wouldn't work.
