The first IFBB pro contest of the year, in my hometown, and we will be there, having fun, covering it, and taking lots of pictures.
January 24th at the Los Angeles Convention Center. This will be the 20th anniversary of the contest.

So far, here is the competitor list of people who said they are competing, but more are coming... that is if they can stop eating all of the Holiday treats.

The best lighting of any BB show is @ the Ironman..Pro's that enter the show do so to get some shots for quality 8x10's

I think Ahmed Haider will most probably look the best of them but I am not quite sure that they will let him win it ;)
Silvio with "08 Olympia showing" will most probably take it. ;D

This is pro bbing. It could be argued that ALL of the competitors are on suicide missions.

I trhink that "best lighting" hurts some of these guys thinking they are so far ahead of schedule for the poorly lit ASC!!!!! The lights in Columbus can make Eddie Ebbew look whiter than Michael Jackson

I think that is because of the date being moved up. Too much time between the Ironman and the Arnold.

My predictions, 1th Silvio Samuel, 2th Moe El Moussawi, 3th Ronny Rockel, 4th Ahmad Haidar, 5th Johnnie Jackson and 6th Mark Dugdale. Martin Kjellstrom will be the biggest giant. Marcus Haley could be a big surprise. Again no Dutchies, too bad :(

Con's a rising star, if you see pics you'll see that he aint lacking any bodyparts- full muscle bellies, wide shoulders, great sym/proportions. Just needs to up the mass a little and come in shredded.. he's by far the best prospect from Aus in a long while.

We really need PPV back. Webcast is cool but slow and annoyingly skips. The shows on ppv (ASC and the O) where so worth the price.

I think his marriage is a very positive thing in his life, but that won't heal his kidneys. I think he could enjoy life much better and longer if he did the same thing Levrone did.
