Pedophilia is a sexual attraction to someone who hasn't the development of one who has gone through puberty.
A female of 15 most certainly HAS gone through puberty. Likely several years prior.
To be attracted to a young woman (15 is a young woman) is fine and dandy, it's the actual
pursuit of the gal that is morally wrong, from a legal perspective.

Humans develop sexual capacity at 12 or thereabouts to facilitate reproduction. That we're living unusually long lives because of technology, etc. doesn't alter nature's plan.
As indicated, I am
NOT condoning hitting on 15-year-old young women. In our contemporary world, such an age is emotionally unstable, and therefore needs to be respected as "off limits".
But, again, attraction to developed females isn't weird or perverse. Hell, many studies show heterosexual males can SMELL when a female is matured, physically.
