Used Muscletech after getting sponsored by fluke, didn't do one show under them and they terminated his joke ass. He's a manipulative piece of shit and he's broke as fuk. Looks like ol' Troy wants to help others take their physiques to the next level (his words not mine).
How is it these guys think they know something the average gym rat doesn't? Most modern pro bodybuilders are average in weight-training knowledge. Look at Jay. He randomly does all the "expected" exercises and gets on with his genetics and drug use. Guy wouldn't know how to optimally build strength or a muscle drug-free if his life depended on it.
Like Levrone talking in that back training video. What fantastic info is he providing?
