Yes they say that. They said it was ready even back in 2000. But where are the positives? No athlete uses GH? One of the top antidoping experts, Don Caitlin admits there is no test, they are STILL working on it after a couple of decades.

It also says it's good "within a 48-hour window" which is pretty useless.  What kind of retard takes GH within 48 hours of a competition?

but in true natural orgs it's obviously cheating
