One day I walked into the Gym - and it was completely empty - many of you know I workout in one of the last hardcore gyms in the world - Dublin the Hercules Weightlifting and Wrestling club.

I signed in sat down and enjoyed the silence, than started my workout.

One of the most beautiful gym moments right there fells.

Must've been beautiful ruminating there in the middle of a dump. I've seen the pics. Lifting rocks would be an upgrade. $:-\$

LOL this from one of the biggest negatrons on getbig lol talk about irony. Anyone's who's lifted for a good long while can tell the difference between hardcore and a dump. Beginers usually think they're the same thing-try lifting then get back to me.

Never really any excuse for a dump other than laziness and over-compensation that suggests that letting things deteriorate equates to manliness. $:-\$ Usually doesn't take much to have a little pride in keeping things decent.

when theres a girl with a beautiful ass wearing either shorts or spandex doing lying hamstring curls in front of you, or perhapsthose leg flys, and as you watch you strive for a glimpse of the beaver as the shorts shift a bit. then it happens. beautiful

the gym is not hardcore. Its clean and very well equipped. Not RAW if you understand.

It has incrediblely strong lifters however.

Then again a gym doesnt have to have rust etc to be hardcore...open to interpretations

Exactly what I was thinking. Great gym, but massively over-rated by some people imo

I competed up there in Nabba open class bout 3yrs ago in park avenue hotel,lot of big serious guys up there,and we enjoyed the city too

awesome. any chance of a pic.

Its now changed to La Mon hotel this year. 14th of March.

My mate from gym came 2nd overall last year. Won his height class. Guy is insanely huge and loves competing. Gonna go up for an hour or so to watch
