egg whites and herbal tea + lemon water (relax.cool me, kindeys, liver)
i salt every meal
i will snack on insects (queen ants, superworms, bamboo worms) i studied entomology for 1 year and....they taste great, super dense in protein, and have texture! they sorta taste like a pretzel if you do it right
i am not blowing smoke on the insects, i will post pics. i ordered some more
i can eat out at restaurants if i am meeting with people. i am in serious diet mode, just tell the place exactly how you want it. meet someone for saturday brunch etc
i carb cycle will carb load the day before i have posing practice.
so i will go sometimes 5-6 days on this diet then carb day, i will go 400 grams of carbs zero fats, limited protein.
I feel too long on keto diet, you are missing out on awesome body pumps, the tricking of your body etc. i will eat tons of sweet potatos and rice on carb up day.
goal is to be 7% legit drug free this year
