looks awesome and pics are a great way to gauge progress because it happens so slowly it's hard to notice on a gradual basis . great job keep up the good work.

I did place bad at my last show but I still think I looked quite alright, the other guys were just better.

We didnt have plan to compete this. But since I could get in so so shape earlier, why not? :)
2 weeks later of this comes targeted one... Barcelona chmapionship.
Then 2,3 more weekslater The revenge.......THe catalonian chmapionships.
Then 1 week later of this, Natural one.

Less protein=catabolic
Less protein + juice = not anabolic nor catabolic
More protein + juice= Hyper anabolic

Actually people who start juicing as early and young as Stavios have a much higher "burn out" rate. Most people who know anything will tell you that's it better to build a solid natural base before using, not just hop straight on the hormone train. This gives you something to fall back on.
He should be taking advantage of his naturally high hormone levels at his age anyway.
