We didnt have plan to compete this. But since I could get in so so shape earlier, why not? :)

2 weeks later of this comes targeted one... Barcelona chmapionship.

Then 2,3 more weekslater The revenge.......THe catalonian chmapionships.

Then 1 week later of this, Natural one.

Thanx dave. We dont worry about mass and shape. But we are worrying about the grnite touch of another competitors(Juicers).

Less protein=catabolic

Less protein + juice = not anabolic nor catabolic

Actually people who start juicing as early and young as Stavios  have a much higher "burn out" rate. Most people who know anything will tell you that's it better to build a solid natural base before using, not just  hop straight on the hormone train. This gives you something to fall back on.
 He should be taking advantage of his naturally high hormone levels at his age anyway.
