Such a cliche. Life isn't static, so we can love it one minute and not the next, so to project that you are somehow in love with life in it's entirety all of the time is absurd.
Perhaps we might use the principle of charity here and construe this woman as merely claiming that she is "so in love with life" at the present moment, rather than all of the time. Sort of like how I'd be so in love with life upon orgasming inside of her, but subsequently dreading it as her expectation of post-coital cuddling revealed itself.
The fact that she felt the need to post this on Facebook, is, of course, still incredibly obnoxious.
