No such thing as "too much cardio"...
I tell you, I lifted weights for the first time in almost 3 weeks now. Other than that I just jog my ass off or go for a swim, and eat healthy 98 % of the time. The muscles just wont go away! Thats the beauty of staying natural years after years... I dont even care about size and strength any more, Im big for a natural even by just maintaining size and strength. I still get dirty looks whenever I go for a swim. Girls dont seem to mind either.
Im at the point where I do so much cardio that Im almost sad that Im not smaller due to all the work. But if you really want to lose weight efficiently, you HAVE to go on a diet. Unfortuantly I cant go on a diet while studying, its just impossible - so I just have to make the best out of it. But like I said, theres no such thing as too much cardio, so get your fatt ass on the mill...
