I am landing in vegas tomorrow I will be walking around the expo at 255 pounds, I might not be as big as rich but I have no oil in my body and I am more shredded.

I wonder what he will look like and where he will be when he is 70. Sort of sad to think about, but when you dedicate your life to wanting to be the biggest guys in the building, well, I would imagine it can't end too well :-/

I like Rich Piana and enjoy his videos. He has been on a massive blast to be the biggest dude at the Olympia so he can show off and sell more supplements. The fact he is honest about this is pretty refreshing.

Really, where's the payoff if he's not competing in bodybuilding or power lifting?

He's not winning money or an award.

Could he possibly be making any money from 5% nutrition (whatever the hell that is)?

He totally contradicts himself in the vid.

Always do more, not less. But stay healthy.

Wants to stay athletic (but did anyone see the vid where he got manhandled by a smaller guy on that Spanish TV show?)

Insulin is dangerous. But, he'll still do it.

Guy's mind didn't develop like his body.

When all is said and done and he starts dying, will he have a change of heart? Maybe, but by then it will be too late.

Being the biggest guy in the building goes far. It gets you: (1) respect of fellow bodybuilders and lifters, and (2) the girls.

I could see this guy getting girls, but there's no way this guy is respected by any of the elite bodybuilders who compete at the Olympia. No way.

Its not that he is lying. Its just that hes so complex and deep, that his diet is an enigma to us mere mortals. $:-\$ $:-\$
