Not for this one. He's been training down in Florida with the blackzilians. I was down there with his about a month ago. Mo is a great wrestler but don't count out Lintons ground game. He's strong as fuck and has a ton of leverage.

Kongo went the distance with Mo to a 5 round decision with Kongo having a fractured sternum and two broken ribs that happened during training. 1. If Kongo was healthy it wouldn't have even gone 3 rounds. 2. Linton (like I said) is bigger, stronger and quicker than mo with a big reach advantage. 3. Shizzo should watch more MMA instead of googling everything about MMA then adding his own commentary. How you became a mod on the MMA board is beyond me.

::)......That's what they say because of the tournament format. Vassal got hurt twice in the first round, the announcers were even talking that it could have been a 10-8 round. Vassall did get a nice slam in the 2nd, but Mo got right back up and followed it with a slam of his own. Mo was even clowning Vassall during the fight (dancing around etc....) It was a clear decision win for Mo, Coach.
P.S. I never predicted the fight. You were the one who came in, name dropped, and said that Vassell "is going to kick the shit" out of Mo.

Tito's ground game never evolved. He was always an offensive ground and pound guy. The elite fighters of today have fantastic submission defense. Tito walked right into those submission attempts.

That used to be on my to do list when Liddell was fighting. I need to just go see some local talent fight. I went and saw Toughman a few times, that was fun. I got in a fight in the audience at Caesars one of the times.c :D

Lol.......Kendall "The Spider" Grove. I remember him from The Ultimate Fighter show.
He never amounted to anything in the UFC, but I remember him fighting for the title in Bellator earlier in the year.
The talent is slowly getting better, but Bellator is still mainly for up and comers, and has beens.
The best guys are usually scalped by the UFC eventually.

Recently a couple of fighters have left the ufc.. due to the shitty pay structure
Or lack of sponsorship money due to the Reebok deal..

I was great event production-wise, I see a lot of fighters from the UFC jumping ship just for the sponsorship alone.
Josh Thompson got 35.000+$ from sponsors, in the UFC he got 5k from Reebok..

I wonder what Sakakibara is up to. How the hell is he going to come up with a new organiztion? Where will he get enough quality fighters (that people actually want to watch)
He should just join forces with Bellator permanently, and use his experience with Pride to make Bellator even better.
It will be very interesting to watch this all develop. I wonder how stacked that New Years Eve card will be?

I really like the tournament style fighting to determine the #1 contender. Its not something they should do all of the time, but maybe once per year (per division) the UFC could adopt something similar. It would actually make the fighter rankings mean something.
For example (hypothetical) You have Werdum as your champ for the heavyweight division.
You have a semifinal tournament with the heavyweights ranked #1-4 in the division, with fighters ranked #5 and #6, trained and ready as alternates (in case of injury etc....) It would add a ton of interest in my opinion.
The winner of the one night tournament (2 fights) would get the opportunity to face Werdum for the title (at a future show)

I also think someone from the UFC reads Getbig. Those Pride videos were posted on Youtube for months, before I made a Sticky thread with them on the MMA board.
Funny that within a week, all of the videos were deleted from Youtube. :-X
Same thing happened with some of the fighter highlight reels.
When will these guys learn that it is free advertising.

Forums/social media serve as surveys/promoting/anti-piracy, etc.. internet paid posters are all over Sherdog, even Sherdog.com has created rules on criticizing ufc/dana,etc.. i.e PrideFC bash thread can stay for months but as soon you post a Dana bash within 30mins = BAN.
FYI for other readers here on Jerry Millen, he was seen taking lots of pictures lately with sakakibara/fedor in the bellator cage.
