Only commercial machine is good, those white plastic ones ........cleaning them  >:( >:( >:(

no experience there...

i do go for a wheat grass double shot  few times per week... not sure that it does much for me but it tastes nice

a lack of meat will do that to you... vegans may have a good bmi but their bodyfat % is usually surprisingly high
