8oz London Broil

Still keeping it carnivore, maybe in a few weeks I'll throw in some carbs, but feel really good on this diet, it's keeping me lean effortlessly.

?? With this diet I'm just looking for meat, specifically red meat, so In and Out is a perfect choice.

1 - 5 whole eggs, 4 eggwhites (liquid cup) w/chopped spinach and mushrooms, 1 cup oats (Coaches Oats)

2 - 75grms Whey Isolate, Banana

Train

3. 10oz ground beef (85/15) w/chopped asparagus , 1 cup rice.

4. 8oz Chicken tenders, 1 cup rice

5 - 1 cup of cottage cheese mixed w/Chocolate Whey Protein and 1/4 Almond Milk

Cardio - 20min on Bike (shot youtube at the same time)

6 - 8oz cod, potato

cup of Trader Joe's French Vanilla ice cream
