Can't believe you can eat this much and cut weight.

The NY strip is every 4th day. Diet changed as of yesterday (2weeks out) by dropping it almost 600 calories and changing out proteins

2) 2oz chicken breast, 2oz ground turkey,  4oz ground beef
3) 7 whole eggs
4) -preworkout- 1 scoop whey hydroslate mixed in coconut water, 1 tablespoon raw honey
5) -postworkout- 5 dates, 2 rice cakes, tablespoon raw honey
6) same as 3
7) 6 oz salmon, 1 cup chicken bone broth

imagine waking up in your own house to the fresh smell of pancakes, cooked by your lovely wife, served in bed.

instead you wake up alone in a rented room and have to drive to mcdonalds and eat pancakes on the smelly sidewalk outside with bums as your only company.

I ate nothing yesterday as im really ill, have been for days don't know what the fucks wrong and I don't do doctors visits.

Im around food all day and I'm a supervisor, it takes me literally 5 mins to dip into my cabin, slam a meal and be back on the floor, plus theres this outdoor grille were they serve burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, fries..I'm good with the cook and he always hooks up a few chicken breasts a day, I eat them right there and Im back on the floor. The job isn't really high stress its just high hours.

Breakfast: Oatmeal topped with peanuts, flaxseed and milk, toast with peanut butter

Lunch: pizza

Dinner:pancakes with chocolate chips and butter topped with syrup

The church I go to is just across the street from the shopping center where the gym is at as well as the McDonald's. After church I have breakfast, read the paper, answer emails..., then workout. After training I eat again.

You just sit at home still living with your parents with no job getting fatter as the years whisk by. You're pretty arrogant and cocky now but one day it will dawn on you that you wasted your life and now you're too old to do anything about it.

Have you ever been in a relationship with a woman?
