Try Brazil nuts. They not only taste good, they are loaded with selenium. Unfortunately, they are also expensive.

My kitchen is loaded with nuts :

#.1 : Pili nuts (far the best 1 & costly)

#.2 : Macadamia (locally grown)

#.3 : Brazil nuts ( only 3 p/d)

#.4 : Wallnuts

#.5 : Pecans

I don't consume peanuts,cashews,pistachios ,..................

From Carl's Jr. Do you have that chain in the UK?

It is a little bit more expensive than McDonalds and Burger King, but it is much better! They cook the burgers fresh when you order your food and I am just generally a fan of this chain.  :)

Hey coach. Why do you weigh yourself? Just curious. I believe we train for similar reasons health and vanity. I haven’t weighed myself in over 10 years just go by how I feel and look. Curious if there’s a good reason to change.

I like to see where my weight is in relation to my BF when get measured (once a month now) I also don’t measure body parts although my wife MADE ME 😡 measure my arm relaxed and extended for a new blood pressure cuff

Not sure mate never seen any here up north, would definitely try it if we had one yours looked amazing

I do both 7pt skin fold and hydrostatic. This will be my first off-season in 10 years but if I go above 11-12% I'll pull back on my calories a little and adjust my macros.

Why don't you consume the nuts mentioned? I it that you don't like their taste and/or texture, or are you allergic to them.

I've never heard of Pili nuts until now.

No, I can munch all nuts , but I analyze nutritional value in details for % of fibre,copper,iron,B 6,magnesium,calcium,vitamin C,sodium,zinc, etc,.......

Some of very tasty nuts like pistachios & others have just too much carbs.Health food shops sell (volcanic soil grown) Pili nuts.

I could have 100gr of nuts (mix of them) for dinner, 100grams is around 500 calories.

I never buy 'open bar' nuts in supermarkets where anyone can touch them, + open lid speed up oxidization !.
