Your attempt to upset me with your laughable insults failed because I am a realist about my appearance, my diet and my health...all of which are good. 

At close to 80 years old, compared to reasonably fit looking people in their 40's, I look crappy. As compared to fit folks my age, I look just fine. You are 44 years old, you look worse than someone in their 20's who trains and follows a relatively decent diet.

The 'saggy' photo was taken when I purposely slimmed down from around 185 to 165 within a fairly short time span. Although I felt good when I was thinner, I didn't like how I looked, so I gained some weight back. Presently, I weigh between 175 - 180 which looks better on my frame. 

If you knew anything about human physiology, you'd know that as we age our skin loses some of its elasticity. Up until recently, I tanned, either in the sun or during the winter months at a tanning salon. The sun and tanning beds damage our skin. I am finally following the dermatologist's advice after he removed a dime-sized area of squamous cell carcinoma from my left shoulder and have given up tanning.

No,because I train first in a fasted state.....beides protein slows down digestion .....cuasing bllod sugar not to spike as quickly or as much as it would without eating the protein.....fat intake will do the same thing.

Pulled out all the stops last night and cooked a big hunk of N.Y. steak, a large baked potato with butter and sour cream and a side of cooked spinach. For desert, I had 3 scoops of Haagen-Dazs Coffee ice-cream. To drink I had two glasses of Chianti....my new favorite red wine. I was so stuffed with dinner, I couldn't eat the potato skin which was cooked perfectly crisp. However, I still made room for the ice-cream. LOL.

If I tried to eat as much as Bhanky, I would disgorge half way through the meal. But then according to him, I'm not in my Prime and I have no muscle.  ;) What is the prime of life is subjective. It is sometimes defined as one's happiest, most successful time. Muscle is relative. If a person truly had no muscle they'd be unable to move, (too much muscle results in a similar effect). This suggests I have at least some muscle....just not as much of it as when I was 44 years old, like Bhanky. :)

"My girl" was a wonderful cook. I deeply miss her cooking....everyone does.

2 protein bars'

6 piece chicken nugget

16oz strip steak. 1 cup rice, medium salad w oil n vinegar

2 bites of homemade peach cobbler (tasted great but i lost my appetite for some odd reason)
