True story......... I have a friend in Rochester N. Y. who was training under Chad Nicholls....his goal was to reach 300 pounds bodyweight.....in addition to eating like a slob and setting an alarm to wake up in the middle of the night to eat some more,Chad had him drinking two big containers of Hersheys chocolate syrup as well for more great nutritional caloric intake.  :D

Anyway he did reach the 300 pounds he set as a goal but told me he looked and felt like shit and could barely breathe just climbing a flight of stairs so he got back to a more normal weight ASAP.....plus mentally he felt as if he was ruining hi physique which in essence he was IMO.

How many times must a zillion people with more knowledge than you could garner in a lifetime keep having to tell you that bodyweight alone does not win a contest......could you beat Jose Raymond....of course not,and Jeffs fucking leg development is one of his strong suits IMO......good size,great seperation,ripped......you know nothing of which you speak novice......besides you of all people should never criticize another persons legs.... especially a national level bodybuilder who destroys you completely though you think you have similar builds which is a ridiculous statement and one of many spewed by you on here daily.

Where did I say gallon and yes we all know a shit ton of empty calories over your maintainance level will more than likely cause you to gain shitty weight AKA fat and excess water.

Damn right he looks good.....trains heavy and eat like a bodybuilder.....has won a ton of overall titles and height class wins..... the ones posted here are just the more prestigious contests which are the only ones musclememory.com choose to post at Tims discretion....under Chads guidance was the only time he ate remotely like you and even worse than you if that`s even fucking possible.

Moral of story he weighed three bills and all for naught .....just like if you ever did approach your goal weight,once you dieted down you would see how useless in most cases adding all that weight was since it is not real muscle tissue or if it is through gear use,it sure a Hell ain`t healthy and neither are you,especially for a young guy......and the sad part is that you don`t care if your unattainable goal kills you.....how fucked up is that?

Now run right out and stock up on Hersheys syrup simpleton.......hurry before the store closes for the day..............RUN FORREST RUN.  LOL  ;D

Yesterday I ate whatever I felt like eating....nothing to crappy and no humongous portionss,and only if I was hungry.......back on the set meal schedule again today.

I do enjoy my life but I`m extremely dedicated to getting into top shape, besides I enjoy training and eating good also....the bodybuilding lifestyle if done correctly will keep you healthy and help you regain your health under certain circumstances, and I`ll be 67 tomorrow.........lets not rush "Father Time" he is UNDEFEATED as it is.
