I was a complete mess man................horro r stories abound but I`ll leave them to the imagination.

I always steered clear of rec drugs and alcohol myself but one of my best friends brothers was a hero in addict for years so I know a lot about it. Looking back at some of the stuff it's funny now like the time he didn't arrive home from holiday in Spain (we're irish) and me and his brother went over to find him and he'd (with zero spanish language) started selling crack with a Spanish gang. I.saved him from jail heaps of times cos I often stood up in court to give him a reference and say he was working for me and got him giving talks to teenagers in the city's schools about drugs

Hes my friends brother. He's better now, on methadone treatment. He's 30 and lost all his teeth through heroin abuse and had a bone removed from his lower leg as it got infected from injecting there.

I can relate bud,I did some really crazy shit.


As my drug use and alcoholism progressed,the shit I did got nuttier! 

Glad to be clean sober and alive today.

Yeah he is training in the gym now but his stomach is longterm fucked from drug abuse so he doesn't eat much.

I consider myself blessed cause I was heavy into it off and on for 33 years.

I didn`t.......trained off and on between bouts or binges.


Always knew I had a problem,no denial issues from me.

Tried to combine boozing and training,but it was a complete flop,just like I was.
