So John Meadows recently turned pro and is now going full tilt into the pro ranks?  Does he want to live to 50?

people act like he just jumped into this out of nowhere. Dude was close to making pro almost a decade ago before he got his illness. He has been doing bodybuilding competitively since he was a kid. Props where its due..

Never tried MCT oil.

I'm with you and am so sick of it!  Turkey meatballs are so much better tasting to me now and tonight the gf made a nice italian meal to fill up after a leg workout.  Egg whites, turkey, and tuna are my regular go toos. All raw veggies.

Love JM's workouts.

He's been competing WAY too much since he's gotten his pro card. Just a guess, I think this is his little "farewell tour"
Seems like a smart man, I think he knows his competing days are over. God, I hope he does...  :'(
