That way regular gyms suck. All the gimmicks they use to get people in have taught the public that you don't have to "workout" hard to get optimum results. Old school gyms and old school ways were and still are the best ways to get results. I've always said that the current crop of bodybuilders couldn't last 1 day with old school training. Amazing how people get when they see a gym with a lot shiny "machines".
